Rosewood Residences in Beverly Hills USA
Set along the stretch of Santa Monica Boulevard, Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills emerges as a study in architectural subtlety and spatial precision. Designed by the acclaimed Thomas Juul-Hansen, the project redefines estate-scale living through minimalism, volumetric clarity, and disciplined material use. At its heart lies marble—not merely as an embellishment, but as the fundamental medium of architectural expression.

Commissioned by Nahla Capital, this landmark development brought together a team of visionary collaborators. Stonetech worked closely with Juul-Hansen to materialize a design where marble defines not only surface but structure, mass, and mood. The collaboration with Greek architect Spiros Soulis further deepened the marble narrative.
From extraction to installation, Stonetech managed every phase of the process, offering precision, consistency, and fluency across continents. Our vertically integrated operations allowed us to serve not only as suppliers but as true collaborators—bringing together quarrying expertise, advanced stone processing, and tailored architectural solutions for one of the most demanding luxury residential developments on the West Coast. Coordination extended far beyond logistics. Stonetech oversaw every detail of the project and production quality control—from the Greek quarries to on-site installation in California—ensuring that every marble application met the architectural ambition with precision and consistency.

At Rosewood Residences, marble is the defining language of space. The material palette, curated and crafted by Stonetech, embodies architectural restraint while amplifying natural beauty through tone, grain, and finish.
Pentelikon White and Pentelikon Grey, both honed to a soft matte texture, introduce structure and clarity in the kitchens. Shaped into islands, backsplashes, and countertops, these marbles anchor the culinary spaces with quiet strength. Veria Green, with its lush depth and chromatic richness, extends the narrative into secondary kitchens—adding contrast and refinement even in utilitarian zones.

Ikarus, known for its bold veining, is sculpted into solid vanities in the powder rooms. These are not accents, but architectural forms—marble volumes that convey both mass and motion. Aquarium, applied throughout the master bathrooms, creates a serene continuity across floors, walls, and integrated vanities. Its flowing lines and delicate translucency introduce a soft, immersive atmosphere.
In secondary bath environments, Nestos Beige and Bianco Grande lend warmth and structure through gentle, linear veining, while Nebbia Bianco appears in mosaic formats and small-scale flooring to provide a refined white tonal base with subtle movement. Ash Grey grounds the entrance halls and transitional spaces, guiding the spatial experience with cohesive rhythm. Grey Rock defines built-in elements and doorframes, adding sharpness and cohesion across the interiors.
Vertical surfaces are shaped in Silver Sky, which cloaks fireplaces and featured elevations with poised elegance. Nebbia, selected for the lobby and communal corridors, delivers a calm, unified tone that supports spatial flow and continuity. Emperador Dark, introduced in custom furniture and shelving, adds sculptural density and contrast. Finally, Volakas, used in large-format fireplace surrounds, underscores the residence’s architectural composure through sculpted, uninterrupted marble masses.

Executing a marble-forward design of this scale and ambition required more than technical expertise—it demanded deep alignment between architectural intent, material expression, and the rigor of delivery. Every decision, from sample matching to final placement, was guided by the pursuit of clarity, control, and compositional integrity.
Stonetech’s international project management team orchestrated the full journey—from the first quarry cut in Greece to the final installation in Beverly Hills. Fabrication tolerances were tightly controlled, surface finishes meticulously tested, and installation processes choreographed across time zones and trades. Marble was not simply supplied—it was translated into architecture.

What distinguished this project was not only the exceptional material, but the orchestration behind it: the ability to manage detail at scale, under pressure, with unwavering consistency. Our vertically integrated systems enabled us to deliver customizations in edgework, joinery, and surface treatments with precision, while our collaborative framework allowed us to respond swiftly and effectively to evolving site conditions.
This is where Stonetech excels—not only in the mastery of stone, but in our capacity to speak the language of architects and developers, to align with their vision, and to deliver it—beautifully, faithfully, and without compromise.
Working with teams that demand the highest standards is not new to us—it is the foundation of how we operate. Our growing international portfolio reflects more than just the beauty of Greek marble; it reflects a way of building. A way of thinking. A way of crafting stone into architectural legacy.
