Neolith® sintered surfaces are crafted from 100% natural materials, undergoing rigorous processes of high pressures and temperatures. The raw material mix is compressed at up to 400 bar within a press, followed by baking in an oven exceeding 1,200ºC. This sintering technology imbues Neolith® surfaces with unparalleled physical and mechanical attributes, setting new standards within the construction domain.
Neolith® surfaces have been independently tested and verified to meet strict emission levels and received the
Greenguard Gold certificate, which guarantees maximum safety for use even in schools and nurseries. Neolith surfaces have high content of recycled materials (23-52%), carrying a measurably low environmental footprint.
The Greenguard Certificate and high percentage of recycled materials help the projects pursue LEED Green Building Rating points for LEED credits.
